Paul Marchant
President and CEO
As President and CEO, Paul is responsible for all aspects of Hydro One Telecom’s business success. He brings 30 years of telecommunications experience to Hydro One Telecom, having worked previously for Group Telecom, Bell Mobility, and Bell Canada.
Paul Madore
Director, Telecom Operations
Paul leads the Operations team at Hydro One Telecom. His responsibilities include all aspects of Engineering, Operations and Customer Service. Paul brings over 20 years of Operations experience to the organization, including management positions with Bell Canada, C1 / Fundy Communications, and Group Telecom.
David Hurst
Director, Sales & Marketing
David is responsible for the marketing and wholesale areas of Hydro One Telecom’s business. David has over 22 years experience in telecom, predominantly in consumer wireless with positions in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. His experience includes channel distribution, call centre management and marketing of wireless, satellite and internet telecom products.
Cliff Truax
Director, Finance, Administration & Regulatory Affairs
Cliff heads Hydro One Telecom’s finance team, with responsibility for planning, financial, and regulatory activities. His career includes finance positions at Hydro One and Molson’s. Cliff holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a CMA designation from the Society of Management Accountants of Canada. He is a Director of the Canadian Portable Contribution Consortium (CRTC) and Financial Executives International Canada.
Nancy Lunn
Director Carrier Relations
Nancy is responsible for negotiating partnerships with other carriers so that Hydro One Telecom can provide its customers with effective end to end solutions. Her career includes engineering and marketing positions at Nortel and Rhythms Canada. Nancy holds an MBA from York University and a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
Aaron Cheng
Director, Information Technology Systems
Aaron and his team is responsible for the development and support of IT solutions to the business. His career includes various IT and Telecom positions in travelling, insurance, computer manufacturing, and utility industries. Aaron holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA. He is currently the Chair of itSMF Canada (IT Service Management Forum).
